Lisa was born and raised in Georgia. She has lived in Walton County for over 18 years. She is married to
Steve Long, and they have 4 children and 7 grandchildren. Lisa previously worked in the corporate
accounting field for over 25 years.

Her extensive knowledge in the financial world has assisted in her
career change and helps ensure her clients get the most for their money. She received her Real Estate
License February 2017 and assisted her mother D. Kay Piper after The Magnolia Realty Group LLC was
brought to life in 2018. After her knowledge grew in the industry, she went on to obtain her GA Brokers
license in April 2021 and took on the role as Associate Broker along side her mother. Lisa and her family
have enjoyed the beaches of Panama City since the early 80’s. After many years of vacationing there
they purchased a home.

Lisa has since decided to expand her footprint and received her FL Brokers
License in July 2023. She is excited to be able to help others purchase their permanent and vacation
homes near the beautiful white sands and turquoise waters. She takes pride in her core values of
communication, dedication, reliability, and transparency. Each of these have aided in her successes in
the industry. She is looking forward to being a part of the Life’s A Beach Real Estate team.
