About Me

Chris and his wife Mylinda are fairly new empty nesters.  After the youngest child left for college they decided to move to Panama City Beach where they had vacationed many times in the past.  Chris has spent most of his adult life in the Ophthalmology field as a sales representative and practice consultant. Chris has also owned a business that helped senior citizens transition from their long-time family homes to retirement communities.

He has a master’s degree in business and over 25 years of professional sales and marketing experience. Chris is happy to help investors find properties that will maximize their investments and loves helping others to realize their dream of finding the perfect place to call home on the Emerald Coast.
